I’m starting to realize that I love everything Cornford does. The above excerpt of this recording is only six of the sixty minutes found on the CDR version, but then again, that release documents an installation, so the idea of “song length” doesn’t really apply here. That said, I have quite comfortably listened to this drone for hours, letting it inhale and exhale, rise and fall in tandem with my own breath and body. It’s a treat to watch, too:
